Tooling along slowly

in deference to the increasingly hot temperatures.  We have entered the dog days of summer and it makes me want to stay indoors with the air conditioning running on high while sitting under a fan drinking a glass of ice cold... well, practically anything really.  But my preference is for fresh lemonade (we have a tree in the backyard) or an icy Coca-Cola.  Unfortunately, much of what I have to accomplish is outdoors, so I sweat a lot these days and count the months until cooler weather arrives. :-P

Part 5 of Under the Gun is up.  This is the penultimate part - Part 6 will contain the last three chapter as I somehow managed to end up with an uneven number of chapters in this story.  Happy reading!
